Hackett Law Firm is actively recruiting plaintiffs who developed cancer after exposure to Roundup, the world’s most widely used herbicide. Bayer (which acquired Monsanto in 2018) has already paid over $11 billion to settle thousands of claims — but litigation continues and new plaintiffs are still being signed. If you used Roundup regularly and were later diagnosed with a blood cancer, you may have a significant case.
“Regular contact with glyphosate-based herbicides — including Roundup — through residential use, agricultural work, landscaping, or groundskeeping, leading to absorption through the skin, lungs, or ingestion over time.”
Defendants named in active litigation:
🌿 Monsanto Company
🏭 Bayer AG
Roundup is the best-selling herbicide in U.S. history, used on farms, golf courses, school grounds, and in millions of residential backyards. Its active ingredient, glyphosate, was classified in 2015 by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) as a “probable human carcinogen.” This classification — and internal Monsanto documents uncovered during litigation — revealed that the company had long been aware of the cancer risks while publicly claiming glyphosate was safe.
This is one of the largest mass tort cases in American legal history. While Bayer has already resolved over 100,000 claims with settlements exceeding $11 billion, tens of thousands of cases remain pending. Hackett Law Firm continues to sign new plaintiffs who qualify.
Plaintiffs allege that repeated dermal, respiratory, and oral exposure to glyphosate caused DNA and chromosomal damage that led to the development of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and related blood cancers. Agricultural workers, landscapers, groundskeepers, and home gardeners who used Roundup regularly over months or years face the highest documented risk.
Internal Monsanto communications revealed in discovery show company scientists raising cancer concerns that were suppressed, and evidence of coordinated efforts to influence regulatory bodies and discredit independent research — including ghostwriting scientific studies favorable to the product.
If you used Roundup regularly — whether in your backyard, on a farm, or as part of your occupation — and were later diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma or a related blood cancer, you may be entitled to pursue compensation for your medical costs, lost income, pain and suffering, and more.
California courts have already delivered multi-million dollar jury verdicts against Monsanto. With Bayer continuing to settle cases and trials ongoing, the window to join remains open — but acting quickly matters, as statutes of limitations apply.
Our legal team alleges that Monsanto and Bayer knew for decades that glyphosate posed a cancer risk, and deliberately concealed that information from consumers, regulators, and the scientific community. Claims include failure to warn, negligent design, fraudulent misrepresentation, and violations of California consumer protection laws.
Courts have upheld multi-hundred-million-dollar verdicts in prior trials, and Bayer’s ongoing settlement program reflects the strength of the plaintiffs’ legal position across this litigation.

In no case will any plaintiff ever be asked to pay any out-of-pocket sum. Hackett Law Firm handles all Roundup cancer cases on a contingency fee basis — meaning we only get paid if and when we secure compensation for you. In the event a settlement or judgment is reached, the court will determine a reasonable legal fee from that recovery. You pay nothing upfront, ever.
